Provide administrative support to the legal department
Assist in legal and secretarial functions of the Company including preparation of related documents.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity in a reputed establishment
Prior experience in attending to Registrar of Companies/ Land Registry work
Professional qualification in Secretarial practices will be given preference.
Proficiency in Micro Soft Office packages, Internet and Emails
Exceptional communication skills in English is a must.
Strong organizational skills together with the ability in multi-tasking.
Personable and smart appearance with excellent skills in public relations.
Good team spirit and impeccable work ethics.
Age below 30 years.
