Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

• ·Coordinate with customers for orders and developments.
• Follow-up on orders with internal production team's and meet customer expectations.
• Maintain positive relationships to enhance Future opportunities with customers.
• Coordinating the sales team by meaning schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after sales support when requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification
• 1+ years' experience in sales related role
• Well-organized with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala & English languages
• Be strongly skilled in organization problem solving, Customer service and multitasking while being committed to excellence.
• Ability to work under pressure and commitment to meet agreed deadlines would be essential.
